The Tablelands were definitely interesting, one of only 2 places in the World where you can walk on what once was a part of the Earths crust and mantle, 550 million years ago!

In mid-July, my friend Phil and I went on an adventure with Campbell River Whale and Bear Excursions. The highlight of the trip, at least for me was seeing the Eagles swarming around Sonora Island and catching the bottom feeding Hake which get pushed to the surface due to the tidal floods.
