…Black Bear or Grizzly? What do you think?

As mentioned in an earlier post, one of my Grizzly Bear images will be featured in Norm’s ongoing presentations to help raise awareness for the Great Bear Rainforest. I’m very proud of this affiliation and I applaud Norm’s efforts. Much thanks to her, Marven Robinson and Joelene Brown for their continued efforts and for raising awareness. watch.cbc.ca/…e-prize/38e815a-00a5922b618

I guess you know where at least I stand on this issue. Thank you to Canadian Wildlife Photographer John E. Marriott for raising awareness on this important issue in British Columbia. Have a look at John’s website and view this short documentary:

The true value is painfully obvious!

September 12th, 2014 – Knight Inlet (Glendale Cove) 23 different Grizzly Bears spotted including 2 families interacting (for a total of 9 bears in one scene) and in another setting a Mom with 4 cubs which is very rare. There were so many Bears I didn’t know where to turn and point my camera next.
